A panel of judges on the 9th Circuit Court hears oral arguments on two issues related to Prop. 8. First, the release of the trial tapes, and second, whether Judge Vaughn Walker's 2010 decision striking down Prop. 8 constituted a conflict of interest because of his long term, same-sex relationship.
